在東京的皮革進修之旅 另一個有趣的環節,便是與老師同學們的課後餐會,辛苦了一天之後,料理吃起來都會特別美味😋 這幾次上課,發現Go-san其實是個美食家🧑‍🍳 帶我們去品嘗的料理,都是一時之選~ 我喜歡美食,所以這樣難得的機會絕對不能錯過! 從高級的馬肉刺身(看同學一口品嘗之後浮誇的表情,讓我萌生:好!或許下次鼓起勇氣試試看?)到熱騰騰的相撲鍋(ちゃんこ鍋),不僅滿足了味蕾,也體驗到有趣的文化衝擊。😊 有一天課後冷颼颼,Go-san帶我們去吃”相撲鍋”。在台灣,吃火鍋冷氣總是要開到最強;但在日本,老師說:「一邊揮汗一邊吃鍋,才是正統的過癮吃法!」💦 還有些用餐細節——像是坐直夾菜而非低頭就碗、吃拉麵會發出聲音表示美味——背後都有著深刻的歷史脈絡。 當一個異鄉人發出疑問之後,才有機會引發彼此思考生活中習以為常的事物,也讓我們有機會了解彼此。 這些對我來說都是難得又有趣的經驗!😊 感謝幽默又專業的老師與同學們,讓連日課程的緊張感在笑聲中煙消雲散。期待下次再相見!🥳🥳🥳

美麗的成品

Another fascinating part of my leather-crafting journey in Tokyo was the after-class dinner. After a long day of hard work, the food tasted especially divine!😋 After a few classes, I found out my teacher Go-san is a total foodie. Every restaurant we visited was a top-tier selection. As someone who lives for good food, I couldn’t miss such opportunities! From high-end Basashi (seeing the exaggerated look of the classmate’s face after one bite made me think: Okey,maybe next time l’ll find the courage to try it ?😆)to steaming Chanko-nabe, every meal was a masterclass in flavor and culture. I learned that in Japan, sweating while eating hot pot is the ”authentic“ way to enjoy it—a big change from the freezing AC in Taiwan‘s hot pot shops! These cultural nuances, from dining etiquette to the art of slurping ramen, made the experience even more meaningful. When an outsider asks ’why,‘ it sparks a conversation that reveals the history behind the tradition, allowing us to truly connect. These moments of discovery were the most rewarding part of this journey. Huge thanks to Go-san and classmates for making these nights joyful and unforgettable. See you next time!🤗
